Return and Refund policy

 
The following Return and Refund policy is applicable to all products sold on Gaurimart.in website.
 
Customer satisfaction is what we strive and aim for. However, in the unfortunate case that after purchase of a product you are not completely satisfied you can return the product and send us a request for either a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
 
Following are the details of this policy.
 
1.Customers have to duly fill the returns order form on Gaurimart.in website and  request for a RMA number which is a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact.
3.Once the replacement window period expires from the date of purchase customers are no longer eligible and cannot ask for a refund or replacement.
4.If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered please contact our customer service as soon as possible
5.Once the returned products are received the refund procedure for the money shall take approximately 4 to 5 working days
6.The refund amount will be processed in the same account from where the payment for the item was made

Due to the perishable nature of health food items, if any item is mentioned as non-returnable on the product description page, that product will not be returned.

 

However, it can be replaced if:

· Wrong health food or drink was delivered

· Food item supplied was past expiry date

· Spoilage detected in the health food item upon opening it

 

(Customers are advised and requested to click a photo of the spoiled product as proof to be sent back to the merchant)

 

The nature of complaint has to be stated clearly in the return order form

Wrong product was delivered

Defective product was delivered

Was delivered in physically damaged condition
